You are a

Social Moderate
(55% permissive)

and an...

Economic Liberal
(28% permissive)

You are best described as a:

Ha! I knew you were a liberal!

:)

But seriously, considering the website hosting the quiz is dedicated more to dating than politics, I wouldn't hold out too much concern.

Plus, they pigeon-hole you way too much.

Maybe you are smarter than you give yourself credit for. Just kidding, of course.

The first think I thought was, "Do they differentiate between what Democrats say, and what they do?" Then I realized that where they put Democrats and Republicans was pretty arbitrary. So, I'm not too concerned. My husband ended falling into their Totalitarian section, which despite the name really isn't that far off from me.

Besides, depending on how they worded several questions I would have answered them much differently.

I always end up in the Ghandi/ Dalai Lama region of those tests

It seems every time I take one my political ideology "changes," though my own take on the issues aren't that flexible. It really depends on how a question is asked. You ask me if any consenting adult should be able to have sex with another (or more) consenting adults without legal interference, then the answer's yes. If you ask concerning marriage, it changes. If you're talking sex for pay, that changes it too. If you're talking adultery, that changes it too because there are/should be civil consequences. Basically, they ask simple questions about complex issues and then pigeon-hole people.

I've taken several similar test and have scored all over the board. This one put me dead center.

Stephanie, my answer to this weeks question has been posted if your interested.

I took the same test and came out a Socialist. Go figure.

See, and you seem a little too realistic to be a socialist to me.

I should have followed my fear instinct - lmao

Social Liberal
(73% permissive)
Economic Liberal
(16% permissive)

You are best described as a:

Socialist

You exhibit a very well-developed sense of Right and Wrong and believe in economic fairness.

:-)

I wonder what it takes to NOT have a very well-developed sense of Right and Wrong, since all the one's I've seen have had it.

Verrrrry interesting. I wouldn't have imagined you'd be that liberal.

I took the same test back in September of last year, it pegged me as a Social Liberal (go figure) 60% permissive and Economic Conservative, 70% permissive. Which put me at Libertarian.

Weird thing is, Libertarian had the same descriptor as Socialist: "You exhibit a very well-developed sense of Right and Wrong and believe in economic fairness."

Hrmmmm.

I'm really starting to wonder if it's skewwed to convince people to vote against the GOP.
