Estee has posted some good ones. I highly recommend you take the time to watch them. They're between 5 - 7 minutes, but they're well worth it.

On the youtube page, in a box to the right of the video, is a smaller box containing the URL for that page, and below that, labeled "embed" is a similar box containing a long string of HTML. Copy and paste that entire string. Preview to make sure, but it worked for me in Moveable Type.
